Elements in motion - The body and emotional thinking
A three-day theoretical and practical session.
A masseur has to know how and why a body moves. In static conditions and when in motion, the tissues give shape to the body and different forms make us understand that personal emotional thinking requires the support of two hands which can interpret it in full respect of its natural conformation, even in the areas where cellulitis intimidates one’s self-esteem. A journey begins, deep in the cells of the body layers and in the role they play in the psycho-emotional representation.
The entire chart of imperfections is specified, interpreted and understood, with the aim of reducing them through the movement of tissue cells. Five specific manual techniques will be acquired to be applied to massage, to massage and sensations.

Structural lymph drainage massage (superficial, medium and deep)
A three-day theoretical and practical session
Restraining an emotion is like putting a lit match into one’s pocket. This leads to stress and inflammatory processes. Structural lymph drainage is a manual technique aiming at increasing the elasticity of the lymphatic tissue connected to the connective one. It also removes body fluids from the deepest districts such as the joints, by freeing them from metabolic and emotional accumulations. In this course, the lymph drainage concept is adjusted to the need to step up the draining techniques by integrating them with other deeper techniques acting on different body districts. The lymph must flow freely in the interstitial tissues; the hands that know the humour of this fluid can work with mastery and wisdom.
Reflexology studies 1 - The basis for interpretation
The foot contains the reflex of a personal testimony, the diary of the experiences that have sensitized our thoughts by changing the mood of both our psyche and our tissues. Plantar-tissue disharmonies are related to body disharmonies expressed by physical imperfections and discomforts. The 5 elements (wood, fire, earth, air, water) are the protagonists of the Method in its entirety; by means of them the person and its reflexes can be constructed, from the foot to the body structures. This course includes an analysis of the bad mood components materialising in imperfections such as cellulitis, stretch marks, wrinkles, and atony: i.e. the defences that the body develops as a protection and which we have to preserve, for the purpose of rekindling that inner light called beauty.
Reflexology studies 2 - Learning how to read the tissues
What can the foot tell us? It is the expression of our brain and all skin imperfections such as corns, wrinkles or warts are experiences that our mind has memorised as discomforts and the body as impoverishments. Our toes are the paper on which we write our thoughts and make a note of tissue alterations. The colon is like an emotional brain, manifesting toxicity in the tissues of the face. A wrinkle or couperose are the result of restrained thoughts. The joints allow movement, but also reveal emotional discomfort. If practitioners learn how to read these reflexology elements, they will be able to massage the core of an imperfection in a totally unusual way. Listening, reading and massaging emotions so that beauty can be revived unhindered.
Reflexology studies 3 - The details in depth
Character predisposition and acquired energy potentials can be recognised by a congenital matrix. The fingers can reveal hidden worlds, mental states and they can even suggest which tissues require attention because drenched in toxicity and worries. The information produced by the rhizomeres as actual brain virtuosity. Feet, hands and body, in a succession of relations and manual techniques, as fundamental tools to understand human beings and their physical disharmonies. In-depth study of the plantar and body reflex from the theoretical and manualistic point of view. The extraordinary story of the reflex areas denouncing the need for change.
The structure of toes (the code)
The signs between the toes and the fluid clearing channels
The glands in the fingertips
Indirect points on the foot
Continuation on dermalgia
The diaphragm as a tool of entry and access (foot-body)
The Method is based on the interpretation of signs that the body manifests in its entirety, through the language of the reflex areas. The implementation of the Method cannot do without this basic training, because the acquisition of the other manualistic tools of the methodological pathway would have neither an applicative motivation nor purposes.
Applied reflexology studies 1-2-3
Three consecutive theoretical and practical three-day sessions
Everything must have a beginning: the Reflexology Studies are the basis of the Lucia Torri Cianci Method. Without this grounding, the Method itself would be meaningless. The beginning of the Method responds to the curiosity of knowing what the reflex areas of the body are, where they are, what they can tell us and how they should be used to achieve change. Within the framework of the Method, a reflexology study of the areas in question tells us what to do to take care of the individual, his/her wellbeing and beauty. A stratification of skills to improve knowledge.
